This is a production role, primarily responsible for making the ice cream and desserts that we serve at RIPPLES.

Compensation starts at $15, plus tips.

Job duties include:

  • Follow recipes and make excellent quality desserts.

  • Maintain food safety and cleaning standards on your station, dish areas, and storage areas.

  • Maintain inventory par levels and restock as needed.

  • Interact and communicate with team members (and guests if applicable) warmly, generously, and effectively.

  • Make decisions based on: your best judgement, your provided training, and RIPPLES values of Innovation, Collaboration, and Excellence.
