This is a production role, primarily responsible for making the ice cream and desserts that we serve at RIPPLES.
Compensation starts at $15, plus tips.
Job duties include:
Follow recipes and make excellent quality desserts.
Maintain food safety and cleaning standards on your station, dish areas, and storage areas.
Maintain inventory par levels and restock as needed.
Interact and communicate with team members (and guests if applicable) warmly, generously, and effectively.
Make decisions based on: your best judgement, your provided training, and RIPPLES values of Innovation, Collaboration, and Excellence.
