This is an assisting manager role, primarily responsible for maintaining shop operations and standards when the General Manager isn’t present.
Compensation starts at $15, plus tips.
Job duties include:
Maintain a general working knowledge of all shop operations to assist the General Manager.
Interact with guests and maintain a working knowledge of the product so you can give the best answers to their questions.
Step in where needed to serve guests, handle transactions, make beverages, or other required tasks.
Maintain a clean and safe shop environment, as well as overall health and food safety standards.
Interact and communicate with team members (and guests if applicable) warmly, generously, and effectively.
