This is an assisting manager role, primarily responsible for maintaining shop operations and standards when the General Manager isn’t present.

Compensation starts at $15, plus tips.

Job duties include:

• Maintain a general working knowledge of all shop operations to assist the General Manager.

• Interact with guests and maintain a working knowledge of the product so you can give the best answers to their questions.

• Step in where needed to serve guests, handle transactions, make beverages, or other required tasks.

• Maintain a clean and safe shop environment, as well as overall health and food safety standards.

• Interact and communicate with team members (and guests if applicable) warmly, generously, and effectively.
